Adaptive Reuse

While there are clearly advantages to building from scratch, sometimes there are legitimate reasons for the reuse of existing structures. Cost concerns, historical preservation, and even building permit issues can all lead to the determination that a renovation and reimagining of an existing structure is the best solution.
